ELEVATED TOUR...$95 - (Click here to view sample) includes an elevated photo, up to 24 slideshow pictures, and 1 year Web Hosting (or until it sells, expires or is withdrawn by agent, whichever comes first). STANDARD TOUR...$80 (without elevated photo / Click here to view sample)
NIGHT ELEVATED TOUR...$175 – (Click here to view sample) includes an elevated photo (if property is suitable), up to 36 slideshow pictures, all slideshow pictures in High Resolution (300 dpi), 1-CD of all high resolution photos, 1-CD of the tour, and 1 year Web Hosting (or until it sells, expires or is withdrawn by agent, whichever comes first).
ELEVATED PHOTOGRAPH ONLY...$60 – elevated photo only of property. Includes a low and a high resolution elevated photograph.
REALTOR.COM...$25 - Posting Virtual Tour to Realtor.com for non-showcased agents. $5 for showcased agents.
Included in all tour packages are MLS web links (these links will satisfy the MLS rules and regulations regarding posting of virtual tours.)

High Resolution Photos on a CD...$20 – all photos from tour in hi res.
Additional Photos...$20 - photographed at the same time as the original tour.
Additional Elevated Views...$30 – photographed at the same time as original tour.
CD’s of tour...$5 – ordered at the same time of the tour.
Hosting...$25.00– Annual fee to host or repost the original tour on the Web, when the listing has expired, has been withdrawn by agent, or if the listing is extended past One Year.
(The above fee does not include reposting to Realtor.com)
Cancellation Fee – If a tour has been scheduled to be shot, and the photographer arrives at the listing and we have NOT been notified that the tour is cancelled, OR if the photographer arrives and the listing is NOT prepared to be photographed, there will be a rescheduling or cancellation fee of 50% of the original tour. This is in addition to the price of the originally scheduled tour, if and when it is rescheduled and processed.
